For the 2004/05 winter season, Whistler Blackcomb invested $14.2 million in on-mountain improvements, introduced 1,100 acres of new terrain on Whistler Mountain, unveiled a fully re-developed Creek side base, hosted the 2005 Snow board World Championships, and launched a Super pipe on Blackcomb Mountain, lit for night skiing and riding.

NEW numbers - Whistler Blackcomb has over 8,100 skiable acres. One vertical mile. Two mountains connected by a pedestrian Village. More than 200 trails. Three glaciers. 33 lifts and twelve alpine bowls. The numbers speak for themselves.
